Aber der Jugendschutz ist das beste Argument FÜR die Legalisierung! Denn auf dem Schwarzmarkt kann die Qualität und auch der THC-Gehalt von Cannabis nicht kontrolliert werden. Zudem kann auch die Abgabe an Kinder und Jugendliche nicht kontrolliert werden.
Beide Aspekte würden sich mit der Legalisierung ändern. Sicherlich nicht sofort, aber in anderen Ländern hat man beobachtet wie der Schwarzmarkt nach der Legalisierung mit der Zeit immer kleiner wurde.
